We are currently farming 15 hectares of vineyards. All farming is done according to strict biological principles, although we are not registered as organic, the same principles and guidelines are followed. Grapes are sold to various cellars in the area.
There are 6 hectares of olive groves that form an integral part of the estate. Due to the fact that these groves are ecologically managed, they have become a haven for birds and other wildlife. The olive groves also host our pastured chicken coup as part of our community farming project.
Fig trees have recently been planted in marginal agricultural areas of the estate. We look forward to our first harvest due in 2018.
